MagneClose is sustainable. Our magnetic material is a recycled waste byproduct from the steel making process. When our ferrite is manufactured it is baked at 2400 degrees F to purify the iron oxide which causes it to go through a glass transition phase and become crystalline in structure. Simultaneously it is ground in a ball mill to the desired particle size. This finished product can be recycled.
